Only a minute or two walk from the beach and its adjacent pub with restaurant, Ruddles Bed and Breakfast offers select, friendly en-suite accommodation with spectacular sea and rural views. It is only 15-20 minutes walk from the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey and ideally situated for the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
	Accommodation features: En-suite bedrooms, one twin and one double. Family room with a double and a single bed (shared bathroom) A la Carte breakfast including traditional English, cereals, continental, yogurts, fruit and cooked meats. Ruddles has spectacular views over Portmellon cove and St Austell bay as far as Devon.	A ground floor double en-suite bedroom with sea view of the cove from the window seat, it has a shower, washbasin, bidet and wc.	The en-suite family bedroom is on the ground floor, has a double bed, single bed, shower, wc and washbasin and looks over a patio area. It's available for 2 or 3 people.	The family bedroom is on the first floor with double bed and single bed. It shares a bathroom with the owners comprising of bath, shower, wc, bidet and washbasin. Excellent rural views.and looks over a patio area. It's available for 2 or 3 people.	The comfortable and light conservatory is available for guest use. It is heated on chilly nights and has a TV. Doors lead to the patio and garden.	Guests are welcome to use the patio and garden. There are excellent views of the coastline into Devon from the decking at the top of the garden.
